ReturnsIf you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a merchandise refund. Please send your return to Girlfriend Galas at 2632 North Horne in Mesa, AZ 85203. All merchandise must be in original, unworn, undamaged and unaltered condition with labels and tags attached. A merchandise refund will be issued to the payment method used at checkout within 7 days of items being received. Please note: Shipping costs are nonrefundable and you are responsible for return shipping costs.
You may return the merchandise at your expense using the carrier of your choice, but we recommend that you use a carrier that provides tracking and can insure the shipment for the retail value of the merchandise. We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused prior to our receipt of the merchandise and cannot refund your purchase in the event of such damage or loss.
All orders returned after 30 days will not be accepted and return shipping to you will be at your expense.
Damages & DefectivesIf you receive merchandise damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately. We will send out a replacement item (if available) and file a claim with the carrier. Please retain the item and packing material in the event the carrier wishes to inspect the package and merchandise. If we request that you return the damaged merchandise to us, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to do so. If you are requested to return the damaged merchandise and you fail to do so within 14 days, you will be charged for any replacement item.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement item if available and we will include a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the item to us. If we do not receive the defective item within 14 days of your receipt of the replacement item, we will charge you for the replacement item.
ExchangesYou may exchange merchandise by calling us to place a new order for the item you want and following the return policy for the product you want to return in exchange. We will send the new item out right away, and you will be charged for the new item but not for shipping and handling at the time of order. Upon our receipt of the return, you will receive a refund for the amount associated with the returned merchandise from the original order, but not shipping and handling charges from the original order. Returns must be received within 30 days of your receipt of the original order. Orders returned after 30 days will not be accepted and return shipping to the customer will be the customer's responsibility.
RefundsRefunds will be issued to you in the same form as your payment for the original order. For instance, if you pay by credit card, we will issue you a refund via your credit card. Because we do not keep your credit card information after we receive authorization, we may need to contact you and get this information in order to process the refund. If your refund will be processed on a credit card, it may take up to two billing cycles to show on your statement.

Shipping Times...We ship from Arizona to U.S. addresses via the method chosen at checkout within 1 business day of order placement excluding federal holidays and unless otherwise noted. USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days in transit.
USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days in transit with a guaranteed delivery date from USPS.
Free Ground Shipping (orders over $100): 2-7 business days for delivery.
Standard Ground Shipping (Some larger items as noted): 2-7 business days for delivery.
Shipping ChargesDepending on the service chosen, shipping charges are calculated based on order weight and location.
Tracking InformationA Delivery Confirmation Number will be provided via email. Please ensure your email address is correct upon ordering to receive order related correspondence. Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, The Giggling Goddess, LLC is not responsible for non-receipt. Please use your Delivery Confirmation Number to contact the carrier directly.
USPS Express MailUSPS offers a guaranteed delivery date and time for Express Mail that can be accessed online at USPS.com once the package has been accepted at a USPS facility. We are unable to guarantee USPS delivery dates or times, however, if the tracking information available at USPS.com indicates that the package did not make the guaranteed date and/or time, we can make a claim with USPS. If a refund is received from USPS, we will issue a refund equal to this amount to the customer.
