How do I return an item?
We accept returns for exchange or refund within 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition" and we are unable to accept special or custom orders for return. Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded, but may be eligible for exchange or store credit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if seller is not at fault. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. At our discretion, there may be a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. This depends on the item being returned. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped, please contact us immediately. If available, we will send a replacement or we will issue a store credit or refund as applicable.
Please include your packing slip or receipt with yor return and write on the receipt what your are requesting for your return, i.e. refund, exchange, store credit. Mail returns to:
