How do I return an item?
Returns and exchanges are happily accepted within 30 calendar days of the delivery of the item(s). Returned items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition" and we are unable to accept special orders or customized products for return. All returned items meeting this criteria are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
To request a return label, please contact us at 866-561-3450 or firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item number. We will email you the appropriate shipping label to attach to the original box. Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund and original shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you prefer to use the carrier of your choice and create your own label, we recommend a form of traceable and insurable delivery.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. At our discretion, there may be a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. This depends on the item being returned.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped, please contact us immediately. If available, we will send a replacement or we will issue a store credit or refund as applicable.
Please include your packing slip or receipt with your return and write on the receipt what you are requesting for your return, i.e. refund, exchange, store credit. Mail returns to:
