surprisingly nice quality, wrapped in fun pink tissue paper w/great sticker, my stepdaughter is going to love it. shipped very fast too, and well packaged.

We are totally impressed with the quality of these satin top hats. So far, we carry them in hot pink and black, but we'll definitely be buying more. The satin is a great touch and the shape is perfect.
