When will I get it?
In a jiffy! We ship within one business day of receiving your completed order unless otherwise noted. You'll get tracking information as soon as we have it via the email address you provided at checkout. Priority Mail typically takes only 2-3 business days in transit when all is well (and it usually is!). Please note that Flat Rate Shipping may ship Standard Ground (UPS, USPS or Fed Ex) which takes between 2-10 business days depending on the carrier. And, while we are some powerful gals, we can't control the weather, pick-up or delivery times. Sorry!!
Can I visit your store?Girl, if we had a store, we'd have to wear something besides yoga pants! Girlfriend Galas is an online webstore only so that we can prance around our warehouse sans make-up. We love our little party boutique and we love our husbands and kids, too. An online store gives us the freedom we need to maintain our happy families while providing fabulous party goods to our girlfriends.
Do you accept phone orders?You betcha! You can call our toll free number at 866-561-3450. We are here for normal business hours (usually), but we might be waist deep in packing peanuts. Leave us a detailed message and we'll ring you back as soon as we are near a computer screen.
How much stock do you have?We aim to please, of course! We like a dozen as a rule, but you ladies tend to do a little group-think from time to time...meaning we may have plenty on the shelf in the morning and we've sold out by dusk. The beauty is, our website is set up so that you can only purchase what we have on hand. If you're hosting a major shindig and are looking for more than we have, give us a jingle or an email. We can usually get what you need in 7-14 business days. We've got mad skills.
What if an item arrives broken?Everybody has the occasional "OOPSIE"! It's rare, but it happens! Get in touch with us and we'll replace it, give you a store credit or issue a refund. We may need you to send back the mess, so please keep it on hand until we chat. Call us at 866-561-3450 or email us at email@example.com.
Can I have an order rushed?For "tiara emergencies", we offer Express Mail at checkout. This service typically beats Priority by one business day. It's a big jump in price, so we suggest you give it a second look before committing. Additionally, we promise to get it shipped quickly, but we cannot guarantee USPS delivery dates or times.
Can I cancel my order?Sure, well, sort of! If you catch us before we pounce and ship, we'd be happy to cancel your order for you. However, if you've got tracking information in hand, then it's already out the door making cancellation a no-go. It's the risk we run when we are so stinkin' speedy! Just let us know if you need to cancel or make changes as quick as you can. We'd love to help you out if at all possible.
How do I get discounts and current promotions?Let us count the ways! You can: 1. Sign up for our newsletter 2. Subscribe to our blog 3. Like us on Facebook 4. Follow us on Twitter 5. Order from us. We like to shake things up a bit, so you never know where you'll see the next coupon code. We suggest trying them all!!
What days are you open? We keep regular business hours most of the time and if USPS, we usually are, too! We typically ship Monday through Friday to get your party accessories to you pronto. We don't ship on the following Federal Holidays:

How far do you ship?As far as we can travel without a passport! That's right, all 50 states! We are not set up to handle international orders....just yet.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?We are a retail site and we go to great lengths to locate manufacturers, vendors and importers for our unique party products. We do not offer wholesale pricing on any of our products. We are able to offer a quantity discount of 20% off of the retail price when one dozen or more of an item is purchased. Unfortunately, we do not offer the free shipping promotion advertised on our website combined with quantity discounts.
